equipment required: index cards, pens, mobile phone with speakerphone capabilities
for my performance piece, i will distribute index cards to the class and instruct them to write down instructions and phrases. i will then make a prank phone call to someone while working in what the cards say. class members can give me their cards at any time before or during the performance.
my main sources of influence are the "whose line" game from whose line is it anyway? and "black friday shopping prank" from impractical jokers. links to those videos are below

Be careful not to cross over into public annoyance for no reason - why are you provoking random people through a prank call?? why not a personal intervention or something that confronts the audience. What is the phone call adding to the performance?
